Ruth has been meditating since 1968. She helps people map out the internal space so that each person can deepen into meditation practice, connecting with their spiritual heart, their true self. Many people find her Infinite Heart Awareness Method extremely valuable in understanding how to develop concentration, ease of practice and to bring this understanding home. For other personal and spiritual issues Ruth is available during the retreat or by phone appointment as well.
Energy Healing: Ruth is trained in chi gung, polarity therapy and brings in energy of the Divine Mother for balancing energy in your body, mind and soul. Each session transmits the healing energy of divine love and peace. Energy healing infuses each person with high vibrational energy.
Movement as a Spiritual Practice: Meditative movement is the integration of sitting meditation, body & psyche. It balances the subtle energies of the bodyheartmind. Having studied Chi Gung Ruth found the essence of the teaching is a deep connection to nature. Moving with nature we learn to move at the pace of peace.
History: Ruth traveled to India as a young woman. Here she was initiated into a path of meditation and devotion. She feels each persons life is a gift. During years of world travel, co-leading interfaith retreats with her husband Bruce, she experienced contemplative communities of many traditions and the unifying principals they share. Together In 1999 they created two retreat centers in Assisi, Italy and were blessed by Pope John Paul II for their interfaith work. See more here
