WHAT TO BRING We recommend you bring all your groceries upon arrival such as fresh veggies, meats, dairy or bread products. We have a lot of basics on hand. Nearby Markets have prepared meals on hand as well. Please bring house slippers or sandals as we do not wear shoes inside. All towels, linens and toiletries are provided. All meditation cushions, benches, or chairs are provided, or you can bring your own.
Winter: Average Temp 50-65. Please prepare for all types of weather. It is good to have a sweater or warm jacket, socks, sturdy comfortable shoes for walking, casual clothing for meals and meditation. The meditation room is also heated.
Summer: Average temp 80-95. We are a fully air conditioned facility. Bring loose comfortable cotton clothing.
BALANCE DUE The balance of your retreat costs including additional services will be billed to the credit card that you submitted with your registration within 5 days of the start of your retreat. CANCELLATIONS Please note: We only have six guest rooms. Therefore, if you need to cancel please email us as soon as possible. Your Registration Fee of $35. can be transferred to another retreat with us if cancelled 3 weeks before the start of your retreat and is good for up to one year. If you cancel within one week of the retreat the Registration Fee & Room Cost is due in full and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
