Heartfulness Meditation as a practice is composed of several parts. Once we experience the Quiet Heart we want to cultivate it. The Quiet Heart can become second nature and be used as a way to help in everyday life. Our communication & relationships becomes easier and our reactivity decreases. Our creativity & wisdom increase and become more accessible.
The following practices can be learned on retreat or by taking our four week course: Quiet Heart Living
1. Heart Quieting ~ Stilling the active mind and resting awareness in the heart, using awareness practices and heartfulness meditation. 2. Discovering your Quiet Heart ~ Discover your essential beingness in your Quiet Heart. This is your truth, peace and happiness inside, your inner wisdom, your spirit. You will have a direct experience to take home with you.
3. The Quiet Heart Pause ~ creating time during your day to come back to the resource of the Quiet Heart. 4. The Quiet Heart Living ~ learning how to support, develop, access and accumulate Quiet Heart essence.
