We have shifted from the human heart to the spiritual heart, from the mind to infinite heart awareness where we are connected to everyone and everything. Spending time in this non-judgmental and expanding presence heals our human conditioning and brings balance into our daily life.
This balance helps us cope with the ups and downs of life more easily, opens us to our creativity and inner wisdom. We become less reactive and more communicative improving relationships and making choices for our life that come from our heart instead of our head.
