From the perspective of eastern philosophywe move from the conditioned mind to pure awareness, from yang to yin, from the human heart to the spiritual heart. This is where psychology meets spirituality. The health in one leads to healing the other and visa versa. By integrating our heart and mind we bring forth the well adjusted heartful adult.

We have shifted from the human heart to the spiritual heart, from the mind to infinite heart awareness where we are connected to everyone and everything. Spending time in this non-judgmental and expanding presence heals our human conditioning and brings balance into our daily life.
