Learn Awareness Practices to balance Heart & Mind
In the first step in Heart Mind integration is embracing the patterns of our conditioned mind.  This is our human heart, our personality and personal story.  Acceptance of our human condition ~ our human heart in all its imperfections ~ allows a deeper part of our heart to come forward. This is what is known as our Spiritual Heart, our true Self, which is a reservoir of peace residing in us all. 

From the perspective of modern psychology we move from the wounded child to the magical child within. From the perspective of eastern philosophy we move from the conditioned mind to pure awareness, from yang to yin, from the human heart to the spiritual heart.

​This is where psychology meets spirituality​.  The health in one leads to healing the other and visa versa. By integrating our heart and mind we bring forth the well adjusted heartful adult.

As we learn to let go and soften our mental world's and the holding onto the challenges of daily life, we start to open inwardly.  We move from constricted awareness to expanding awareness.  We have shifted from the human heart to the spiritual heart, from the mind to infinite heart awareness where we are connected to everyone and everything.  Spending time in this non-judgmental and expanding presence heals our human conditioning and brings balance into our daily life. ​
