On retreat, Nicole will share with you - individually and as a group - the keys to directly experiencing the wisdom of your own heart. The retreat is designed specifically to allow this wisdom to take root so you can return home with a new perspective and meaningful inner tools to last a lifetime. This is not boot camp! ABOUT THE RETREAT
Enjoy morning and evening Hatha yoga & meditation sessions, and plenty of personal free time in between for self-care and contemplation in nature. Outside of our group sessions, we will be observing "mauna" - sacred silence. In sweet and sociable silence we restore our nervous system, discover our inherent wholeness, and build a reservoir of inner peace. With a maximum of 10 participants, we have the opportunity to co-create a nurturing and quiet practice to support deep rest and renewal.
