The Quiet Heart practice is composed of several parts. Once we experience the Quiet Heart we want to cultivate it. The Quiet Heart can become second nature and be used as a way to help in everyday life. Our communication & relationships becomes easier and our reactivity decreases. Our creativity & wisdom increase and become more accessible.
The following practices can be learned on retreat or by taking our four week course: Quiet Heart Living
1. Heart Quieting ~ Stilling the active mind and resting awareness in the heart, through awareness practices and heartfulness meditation. 2. Discovering your Quiet Heart ~ Discover your essential beingness in your Quiet Heart. This is your truth, peace and happiness inside, your inner wisdom, your spirit. You will have a direct experience to take home with you.
3. The Quiet Heart Pause ~ creating time during your day to come back to the resource of the Quiet Heart. 4. The Quiet Heart Living ~ learning how to support, develop, access and accumulate Quiet Heart essence.
